Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (MALE)

Job Description:

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level personal and professional support directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role ensures the CEO’s time is optimally managed, personal and professional matters are coordinated efficiently, and confidential information is handled with discretion. This position requires prior experience supporting senior executives such as a CEO, MD, GM, or equivalent high-ranking official.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the CEO, including managing personal appointments, schedules, and correspondence.
  • - Handle sensitive personal and professional communications with discretion and confidentiality.
  • - Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure time efficiency.
  • - Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
  • - Ensure follow-up on tasks, action points, and personal or professional commitments.
  • - Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for both professional and personal engagements.
  • - Assist the CEO with personal tasks that support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • - Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • - Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
  • - Support decision-making by conducting research, gathering information, and providing actionable insights.
  • - Organise and manage meetings, taking notes and ensuring key points and deadlines are tracked.
  • - Handle urgent requests, last-minute changes, and ensure smooth workflow for the CEO.
  • - Represent the CEO professionally when required, maintaining strict adherence to protocol.
  • Required Experience and Competence:
  • - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO, MD, GM, or senior executive in a reputable organisation.
  • - Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • - High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • - Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • - Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive execution.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent in any relevant discipline.
  • Additional Requirement:
  • - Must be capable of managing both personal and professional matters for the CEO efficiently and professionally.
